500 ha

of land available

Preferential access

to railway and port infrastructure

When it was established in March 2016, the Société ferroviaire et portuaire de Pointe-Noire (SFP Pointe-Noire) acquired the assets of the Pointe-Noire industrial site.

Since the acquisition and relaunching of this site historically devoted to handling iron ore, the SFP Pointe-Noire is now targeting the development and diversification of on-site industrial activities.

To this end, we are developing our 500 ha of land available to accommodate all manner of industrial development projects.

In addition to being shovel-ready for new industrial projects, the land offers several other significant advantages:

  • it is near Route 138;
  • it has preferential access to the SFP Pointe-Noire’s railway and port infrastructure;
  • water and electricity are accessible.

This multi-user development approach makes the SFP Pointe-Noire a key stakeholder in the economic development of the Côte-Nord region, the Labrador Trough and Québec as a whole.

If you are a promoter with a development project, please contact us to assess the possibility of setting up operations on the SFP Pointe-Noire’s land.
